The Junior Biology Olympiad Training program focuses on introducing biology to middle school students (grade 6 to 8) with the aim of inspiring the young learners to advance to the Biology Olympiad in high school. The course is designed for students from around the world. Over the course of 12 weeks, you will cover the most important biology topics which will build a solid foundation of knowledge for the biology olympiad.
Students will receive access to resources of the Junior Biology Olympiad course which includes:
- Lecture recordings
- Handouts for each lesson
- Class presentations
- Weekly worksheets
Course features
Duration: 12 weeks
Schedule: 1 hr on Saturdays and 1 hr on Sundays (2 hrs per week)
Class time: 11am -12 pm EST
Course cost: $950 (24 lessons)
Course start date: on a rolling basis
The key course textbook is CPO Focus on Life Science which can be purchased on Amazon here https://amzn.to/39AjMA0. Every week, students will cover 2 chapters from this book. Each class is accompanied by homework. Also students will receive handouts which can be printed out before the class.
